New details are here for the Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2026, the PvP Final Fantasy 14 esports tournament that takes place in North America, Europe and Oceania, and Japan.
Registration begins on March 3, though the preliminaries and quarterfinals won’t start until mid-May. From May 11 to May 17, there will be eight brackets of three to four teams. Each bracket will be a best-of-three, round robin style, and they’ll all be held online.
The Quarterfinals will take place from June 6 to June 7, and they’ll pit the bracket winners and runner-ups against each other. Another round of competitions, all of which are best-of-threes, will determine the four teams going to the Semifinals. Some of these matches will be livestreamed.
These same four teams will be invited to a Fan Festival, where they’ll battle it out during the Semifinals and Finals. These matches will also be livestreamed.
When it comes to maps, every stage of the Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2026 will start in the Palaistra. From there, the losing team can choose from the following maps: The Volcanic Heart, Cloud Nine, The Clockwork Castletown, The Red Sands, and The Bayside Battleground.
When it comes to prizes, the Finals winner will receive an in-game achievement and title, a trophy, and £18,000.00 GBP (roughly $24,500 at the time of writing) to be split among team members.
Second place will get a Final Fantasy 14 physical item bundle, while the top four teams will be invited to Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin. They’ll also receive an in-game achievement and title, which all of the top eight teams will receive.
