EA Sports F1 25 Season 2 content is inspired by many of the most recent real-world feats, including Lewis Hamilton’s first win in Ferrari red at the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix and Kimi Antonelli’s disrupted pole effort in Miami. Now, players will be able to revisit or rewrite history with Scenario Events, which place you in the driver’s seat of big moments to see if you’re as good as the pros.

  • Scenario Event: Sprint Race Revisited #1 – China 2025 (Jul 25 – Aug 18)
  • Scenario Event: Sprint Race Revisited #2 – Miami 2025 (Aug 20 – Sep 17)

For a limited time, Elimination Mode will also be returning and will now feature F1 Cars. Every 25 seconds, the last-place driver is eliminated, with the race ending in a single vehicle standing, resulting in a variety of rewards for the winner, including a new item in the Kompass 2 Title Sponsor set or a Crystal Burst helmet. Codemasters Senior Creative Director Lee Mather had the following to say regarding the next season:

“We’re thrilled at how F1 25 has been received by players and excited to build on that momentum with a Season that deepens their connection to the sport,” said Mather. “Our goal for Season 2 has been to capture the unpredictable nature of the 2025 Championship — from the most sweeping Driver Ratings update yet, to empowering fans to shape their own stories on the grid.”

Driver ratings will be updated for Season 2 to better reflect the current standings of their real-life counterparts, meaning up-and-coming drivers like Isack Hadjar and Kimi Antonelli will receive notable rating boosts. The new ratings can be seen here and will take effect in-game as of July 24, 2025, as part of an upcoming update.

To celebrate McLaren’s 1-2 victory at their home Grand Prix, anyone who logs in between July 30 and September 16 will receive the special McLaren x Google Chrome Livery – British GP 2025 via in-game mail. Speaking of rewards, Podium Pass members earn 9,000 PitCoin, two full livery sets, and several other customisation items to unlock across both tiers as a part of the newest season.

EA Sports F1 25 is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for $59.99.
