The Blind Resurgence Offspring is described as a lamentable creature whose vision has long since faded. It wields a great Katana, striking the Revenant Hunter with unseen swiftness, making it one of the most fearsome foes throughout all of the game’s dangerous setting.

You can see the creature in all of its swift and terrifying glory in the trailer below:

Code Vein 2 takes players on an epic journey that features time travel, unique bosses, and a dynamic Partner System. You’ll take the role of a Revenant Hunter that is revived by a Revenant girl, Lou MagMell, using her own heart, who wields the power to travel through time.

They soon embark on a mission to rewrite history and save the world, traveling across vast environments, including flooded ruins of the Sunken City, the Undead Forest, the isolated MagMell Island, and more. While exploring, you’ll recruit companions to help prevent the cataclysmic event known as the Resurgence.

So far, plenty of characters and story elements have been announced for the game, including companions like Noah G. MagMell, Josée Anjou, and Valentin Voda. A character creator demo is also coming a week before Code Vein 2’s official release, letting you carry everything over into the full game.

Code Vein II is launching on January 30, 2026, and is available now for pre-orders on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). For more information, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates on this, other upcoming RPGs, and plenty more Bandai Namco properties.
