In Code Vein 2, Josée Anjou holds the title of a judicial magistrate, acting as an arbiter to settle disputes between vampires and humans. He also once led MagMell as a magical research institute, delving into the secrets of ancient formae.

You can get a good first look at the character in the official trailer below:

Code Vein 2 takes players on an epic journey that features time travel, unique bosses, and a dynamic Partner System. You’ll take the role of a Revenant Hunter that is revived by a Revenant girl, Lou MagMell, using her own heart, who wields the power to travel through time.

They soon embark on a mission to rewrite history and save the world, traveling across vast environments, including flooded ruins of the Sunken City, the Undead Forest, the isolated MagMell Island, and more. While exploring, you’ll recruit companions to help prevent the cataclysmic event known as the Resurgence.

Previously announced companions include characters like Noah G. MagMell and Josée Anjou. There are also a handful of unique story elements announced that have also been revealed.

Code Vein II is launching on January 30, 2026, and is available now for pre-orders on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). For more information, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates on this, other upcoming RPGs, and plenty more Bandai Namco properties.
