Twisted Minds Wins Call of Duty Warzone at Esports World Cup 2025

The Call of Duty: Warzone tournament ended at the Esports World Cup 2025, crowrning team Twisted Minds as its champions.

The local organization from Saudi Arabia (albeit all of its players are from the US) came up first ahead of Gentle Mates, while Virtus.pro claimed third place.

As a results of their ranking, Twisted Minds was awarded the $250,000 prize, Gentle Mates received $150,000, and Virtus.pro won $100,000.

The individual MVP medal also went to a Twisted Minds player,  Riley “zSmit” Smith alongside a $10,000 prize.

Call of Duty: Warzpme is the ongoing battle royale series coming alongside the Call of Duty series, currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

The Esports World Cup is hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it’s already at the end of its fifth week, with many of its tournaments having already crowned their champions

The competition is scheduled to continue for two more weeks until August 24.
