HoYoverse has revealed Version 2.4 of Zenless Zone Zero, introducing two new Agents who are part of the new Krampus Compliance Authority faction, along with a new area, events, and more.
To kick things off, new Agents Dialyn and Banyue from the Krampus Compliance Authority are joining the game’s lineup.
Dialyn is an S-Rank Physical Stun Agent who focuses on stunning enemies and boosting teammates’ Ultimate abilities. Her kit revolves around her customer rep experience, with her abilities titled Customer Complaint and Positive Review (plus, her name is a reference to phone dialing).
Banyue is an S-Rank Fire Rupture Agent who alternates between techniques to continuously attack and combo enemies. This will heavily reward players who can master his alternating playstyle.
Two Bangboos will also be joining Dialyn and Banyua: Birkblick and Bild N. Boolok. Birkblick can turn into a floating cannon when in combat, and Bild N. Boolok uses a hammer to hit enemies.
Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.4 will also see the rerun banners for Hugo and Ellen.
Additionally, Version 2.4 will see the return of the Bangboo auto chess event with new updates, like a PvE stage with exclusive rewards.
There will also be a new Lightstream Notes event that brings things back to a lighthearted note with Ye Shunguang in New Eridu.

Version 2.4 will go live on November 26, 2025, which can be enjoyed on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and mobile devices.
