Ubisoft has announced that it has renewed its partnership with Xbox Game Pass, making Xbox the official partner of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and Blast R6 Esports for 2026 and 2027.
The partnership between Xbox and Ubisoft will kick off at the Blast R6 Salt Lake City Major later this month. This same event is also the start of majors being held twice a year.
Game Pass will also have special integrations throughout the next two years, which include brand activations at global events (such as the November Major and the Six Invitational 2026 in Brazil).
Ubisoft and Xbox will also hold community events during esports tournaments for fans, including things like meet-and-greets with content creators and giveaways at Blast R6 events.
Additionally, Xbox Game Pass subscribers (including Essential, Premium, and Ultimate) will get benefits in Rainbow Six Siege starting June 2026. There will also be special offers throughout the year as the esports season progresses.
More details about events, in-game benefits, and more from the Xbox and Ubisoft partnership will be shared in the future.
François-Xavier Deniele, VP of Marketing and Esports for Rainbow Six Siege at Ubisoft, shared the following statement on the renewed partnership:
“We’re thrilled to renew our partnership with Xbox Game Pass to further elevate the global impact of Rainbow Six Siege and BLAST R6 esports. Building on the success of our previous collaboration, this renewed partnership allows us to continue delivering enhanced experiences and in-game benefits to our dedicated community of players and esports fans.”
Rainbow Six Siege is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
