Kuro Games has revealed the details for Wuthering Waves Version 3.5, “Blade of Past Resounds, Lingering Dream Hymns,” including the new Resonators, a new area, several new quality-of-life changes, and plenty more.
Wuthering Waves Version 3.5 takes players to Mengzhou: Land of the Xuanfang. This area is marked by old melodies, echoes from the past, and many storms. There will be three main story quests with Version 3.5 set in Mengzhou.
This new area comes with a new permanent event, echoes, and more.
There are two new Resonators coming with Version 3.5: Yangyang: Xuanling and Suisui. Yangyang: Xuanling is a Havic Natural Resonator, while Suisui is a Glacio Rectifier Resonator.
Yangyang: Xuanling will be available during Phase 1 of Version 3.5, alongside Luuk Herssen and Lynae. Phase 2 will feature Suisui and Aemeath.
At the same time, Rover will be getting a new playable attribute: Electro. There will also be a Reverb Resonator Convene, which lets players choose a five-star Resonator to wish for. The options will be Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhsi, Changli, Zhezhi, and Xiangli Yao.




Version 3.5 will also have quite a few events, including the following:
- Gifts of Aftertune
- Shape of Yesterday
- Recaptured: Action Highlights
- Lollo Campaign: New Journey
- In Search of Lost Jade
At the same time, the beginner event system for new players has been updated and enhanced.
Other improvements include new voice-over customization for Resonators, new Story Autoplay options, better Guidebook access, PC performance support, and better mobile resource management.
Additionally, Wuthering Waves is launching on Xbox Series X|S with Version 3.5. There are also new summer-themed outfits coming, motorbike skins, and plenty more.

Wuthering Waves Version 3.5 will be available on July 10, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and mobile devices.
