To start with, the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration comes with a new Episodic Quest, a collaboration area for the Night City, and two Resonators from the show, Lucy and Rebecca. Lucy is a five-star Spectro character who uses pistols. She uses hacking skills and a Monowire to deal damage from a distance. Her hacking also disrupts enemies’ movement, and she can use her Forte to see through objects.

If she’s paired with Rebecca, they can attack behind cover to take out enemies. A new five-star pistol, Spectral Trigger, is also coming with Wuthering Waves Version 3.4, specifically for Lucy.

Rebecca is the other five-star Resonator from the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration, and she’s an Electro pistol user. She can use her pistols to attack while controlling her distance, while her shotguns come with specific stances. At the same time, she charges energy to unleash a large attack that changes depending on which weapon she has out.

She can also leave a machine gun out on the field for other Resonators, gaining special effects if the incoming Resonator is Lucy. Additionally, having the two on the same team can trigger other effects, like stunning enemies.

Rebecca’s own pistol is coming as a five-star weapon, the Skull Thrasher.

Additionally, Lucilla is coming to the roster as a five-star Glacio Resonator who uses her memories as weapons. In battle, she can retrieve film rolls that let her slow down enemies and deal damage.

Lucy and Rebecca will be available for all of Wuthering Waves Version 3.4, along with their weapons. Their banners use a new type of currency, which players can purchase, obtain with Astrite, or earn through events. There’s also an event that gives players a selector for Lucy and Rebecca after they’ve convened so many times, as well as more currency to pull on their banners.

Additionally, players can log into Wuthering Waves at any point during the new version and get Rebecca for free.

Lucilla will also be available to Convene, alongside Cartethyia, in Wuthering Waves Version 3.4.

The upcoming version will also feature several events, including the following:

  • Depths of Illusive Realm: Dreamchasers
  • Startorch Racing, Rerun!
  • Night City Roaming
  • Matric Reform

There are also several items coming to the Shop, too, including Lynae’s Accessory Unbound Brilliance and Monye’s Accessory Corner of the Star Sea. Several Motorbike Liveries will be returning, too.

Last but not least are a few system optimizations. To start with, weekly challenges have a new dedicated tab to earn Weekly Activity points and rewards. There’s also a new weekly adventure launching, too.

Players will also be able to set goals in the Guide Depot for collecting materials related to a specific Resonator, making building teams much easier. Players will also be able to upgrade abilities as far as they want with one click if they have the required materials.

The Guide Depot is also getting a new look, sharing things like combo recommendations, too. The Photo Mode is getting more options for optimizing pictures, too. Several graphics optimizations are being added for Nvidia GPUs that help lighting look more dynamic (which is perfect for the new Night City area).

The Wuthering Waves Version 3.4 Preview Special Broadcast included several redemption codes, which are available until May 31, 2026, at 8:59 am (PT).

Additionally, Wuthering Waves will be at Anime Expo from July 2, 2026, to July 5, 2026, in Los Angeles.

  • Strange Visitors: 100x Astrite, 3x Advanced Resonance Potion, 2x Medium Revival Inhaler
  • BeyondTheDoor: 100x Astrite, 3x Advanced Energy Core, 2x Medium Nutrient Block
  • SayCheese: 100x Astrite, 3x Advanced Enclosure Tank II, 20,000x Shell Credit

Players can check out the entire Wuthering Waves Version 3.4 Preview Special Broadcast here. Version 3.4 will go live on June 8, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices. The dates have been adjusted a bit, and the new version will last 32 days. The trailer for Version 3.4 is below:
