During the grand finals of Valorant Masters Santiago, Riot Games revealed the new agent that will join the roster of its popular hero FPS, Miks.
Miks is a Controller and hails from Croatia. He will come on March 18, 2026 with the release of Season 2026 // Act 2.
He’s a DJ and his powers are related to sound.
Interestingly, the cinematic trailer revealing him is a collaboration with DJ and producer Bunt, including a song titled “Clarity (Valorant x Bunt. Remix),”

The announcement press release included a statement from Bunt:
“I’ve loved games my whole life, and Valorant has been one of those worlds I kept coming back to. Making music for it is a real honor.”
We also hear from Jonny Altepeter, Lead Music Supervisor at Riot Games
“With Miks, we wanted to lean into his vibrant sonic identity and build something that matches his presence in-game. His upbeat energy and natural ability to create and manipulate sound made a remix the perfect direction, especially with a track like ‘Clarity’ that already carries such a powerful aura and undeniable energy. Bunt was able to reimagine it in a way that feels both nostalgic and distinctly Valorant, while amplifying the spirit Miks brings to the game,” said Jonny Altepeter, Lead Music Supervisor at Riot Games.”
Lastly, we hear from Game Designer Kevin Meier.
“We approached the sound design of Miks’ abilities by first creating music, then extracting the most vibey elements and building the sound effects from there. Music is also a big part of Miks’ backstory prior to joining VALORANT, which we’re excited for players to hear more about in the future. His background reinforces his high-energy, social personality, since music is inherently mood lifting, just like he is.”

Harmonize
- EQUIP Harmonize. Target an ally and FIRE to activate a Combat Stim on yourself and the ally that refreshes with each kill. ALT-FIRE to grant Combat Stim to yourself.
M-pulse
- EQUIP M-pulse. ALT-FIRE to toggle between Concuss and Healing outputs. FIRE to throw the device. Upon landing, M-pulse sends out sound waves, either Concussing or Healing players.
Waveform
- PC: EQUIP a Map Targeter. FIRE to set locations. ALT-FIRE to spawn Smokes at selected locations.
- Console: EQUIP a Map Targeter. ALT-FIRE to set locations. FIRE to spawn Smokes at selected locations.
Bassquake
- EQUIP Bassquake. FIRE to build up and unleash Sonic Radiance forward, knocking back, Deafening, and Slowing players.
Valorant is currently available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game has a very lively competitlve scene.
