Turtle Beach has revealed its newest addition to the VelocityOne lineup, the Multi-Shift, a new three-function gear shifter and hand-break.

The Multi-Shift lets users switch between H-gate shifting and sequential shifting at the press of a button. Additionally, when the Multi-Shift is in sequential mode, a Handbrake button switches to an analog handbrake.

The Multi-Shift has seven different fear inputs. Plus, a mappable High/Low button lets users easily switch gears, which is particularly helpful for those who enjoy farm and/or truck simulators.

The premium shifter and handbrake module can be used on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. On PC, it can be used on its own. On Xbox consoles, it needs to be hooked up to the VelocityOne Race Wheel and Pedals kit.

The VelocityOne Multi-Shift can be mounted in several different ways, including an integrated clamp that comes with it. There’s also additional hardware to integrate it with other sim rigs.

Additionally, users can swap between the H-gate shift knob and a short-throw shaft, a sequential shift knob and long-throw shaft, or use a custom shift knob.

Of course, the Multi-Shift is made with high-end materials, with soft-touch surfaces and steel components.

Chris Keirn, the CEO of Turtle Beach Corporation, shared the excitement:

“Turtle Beach once again revolutionizes gaming simulation, this time with VelocityOne Multi-Shift, our innovative three-function gear shifter and handbrake. Multi-Shift’s ability to be used as a sequential gearbox, H-gate gearbox, or precision hand brake is impressive on its own.

The flexibility to be used on Xbox or PC with our VelocityOne Race Wheel & Pedals kit and with other PC racing sim products, combined with its attractive sub-$150 price point, makes Multi-Shift a must-have accessory for fans looking to take their racing sim setup to the next level.”
