Nihon Falcom has revealed the release date for Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter, the remake of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, along with a new trailer to celebrate the news.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter is set to release on September 17, 2026 — less than a year after the first chapter of the series was released. It follows from where the first game left off, so be aware that the trailer and news may have some slight spoilers for the ending of the first game. Which, if you haven’t played already, has a free demo available on Steam, taking players through the game’s prologue.
The trailer includes a look at both Estelle and Joshua, as well as other characters like Anelace, Scherazard Harvey, and Kevin Graham. Fans can watch the Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter themselves below:
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 on release. Fans can wishlist the game now.
