Town to City, the adorable city-building simulator from Galaxy Grove, has released its Halloween update just in time for players to play during the spooky season.

There are quite a few Halloween decorations in the update for Town to City, including the following:

  • Big Pumpkin
  • Big Jack O’Lanterns
  • Cellar Door
  • Gravestones
  • Mist
  • Small Pumpkins
  • Small Jack O’Lanterns
  • Spooky Scarecrows
  • Withered Ivy (small and big)
  • Withered Tree

Additionally, there’s a new Halloween quest, and players can add a filmy/grainy effect to photos taken in Photo Mode.

Galaxy Grove also included a number of bug fixes to the early access game’s update. Players can check out the full list of fixes here, but some of the biggest ones include being able to put items on the gardening table and a bug that cropped up that caused farms to share fields and outputs.

Overall, decorating should be a bit easier now (though it wasn’t hard to begin with, and it’s actually one of the features discussed heavily in our first preview of Town to City at Gamescom 2025).

This isn’t the first fall-themed update for Town to City. An Autumn Update at the beginning of the month brought more decor for the season, new features, and another sandbox map, to say the least.

Considering Town to City just released in Early Access last month, these fun updates are perfect for adding new content while also keeping the game fresh and timely.

Town to City is available on PC, where it’s planned to be in Early Access for six to eight months.
