Chronicles: Medieval Gets Extended Gameplay Presentation
Today, Chronicles: Medieval got a 25-minute gameplay presentation at Gamescom focusing entirely on battles featuring 500 vs. 500 units.
The developers are working on areas such as cavalry charges and melee combat and are improving animations, AI behavior, immersive sound, camerawork, and visual effects. The game is planned to release in Early Access in 2027, and more will be shown in the near future.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Introduces Id with a Gameplay Trailer
Cygames released a gameplay trailer today featuring Id, the next addition to the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising roster.
Id, also known as the Foreboding Blade, will join the game in the upcoming Version 2.60 update, which releases alongside the Nintendo Switch version launch on the same day. Id enters the fray as the 12th additional DLC fighter.

The Id DLC price is $7.99 and will be available on September 17.
Villion:Code Releasing in the West in 2027
Idea Factory International announced that their game Villion:Code will be releasing in the West in 2027. The game was released in Japan earlier this year.
Villion:Code is an action RPG in which humanity is on the brink of extinction, and students trapped in an academy must fight mutant creatures called GEMs.
The game will be releasing on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch in 2027. You can watch the announcement trailer for the game below and learn more about the game on its official website right here.
