Boeing 707 for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Release Date

Microsoft announced that the Boeing 707 for Microsoft Flight Simulator, also known as Famous Flyer 10, will finally release on September 24, slightly delayed from the previously announced date September 17.

Boeing 737 MAX For Microsoft Flight Simulator Showcased in New Screenshots

iFly continues to reveal new screenshots of its upcoming Boeing 737 MAX8 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Like with the previous reveals, this was showcased on Flight One Software’s official Discord server.

We get to see more of the Westjet livery, and the Tui livery.

Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots

 VueloSimple revealed two new screenshots of its upcoming Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery Airport (SABE), one of the airports serving the capital of Argentina. 

Grand-Santi Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Skyline Designs released Grand-Santi Airport (SOGS) in French Guiana. It’s currently available on Simmarket for $17.65.

It includes the following features.

  • PBR textures
  • Detailed 3D objects
  • Accurate Ground Markings (Projected Mesh)
  • Made with Love in French Guiana.

X-Plane 12 Gets New Update

Laminar Research released the first release update of X-Plane version 12.1.2. Below you can read the patch notes.

General

  • Improved performance for boat wake rendering
  • Fixed device loss errors when using Ortho4XP tiles
  • Visuals of connected slave stations are stuck while waiting for the master when reloading the flight from the instructor station (XPD-15963)

Replay System

  • General improvements around the replay system in terms of stability
  • Water effects will been shown during replay (XPD-15952)
  • Fixed crash in replay after a long flight (XPD-15772)
  • The rotors of the Robinson R22 helicopter will turn now correctly during replay (XPD-15935)

Local Web API

  • Sending invalid data will no longer crash X-Plane (XPD-15820)

Buffalo Scenery Released for X-Plane

Quintanas Studios released a landmarks add-on for the city of Buffalo, in the United States’ state of New York.

It’s available on Simmarket for X-Plane 11 and 12 priced at $25.72.
