Piper PA-38 Tomahawk Updated With Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Compatibility





Just Flight released an update(v1.4) of its Piper PA-38 Tomahawk. The headline feature is Microsoft Flight Simulator compatibility.
The aircraft is available on the developer’s own store for a temporarily discounted price of €28.76. Of course, if you already own it, you get the update at no additional cost.

- Added MSFS 2024 compatibility (upgraded to a MSFS 2024 native package)
- Added additional model LODs for improved performance (MSFS 2020/2024) and MSFS 2024 compatibility
- Added Just Flight V3 EFB – Features include:
- Added custom Fuel and Payload Menu
- Added support for Navigraph enroute charts.
- Added ability to draw on Navigraph charts
- Added confirmation popup when changing aircraft states
- Improved transition logic between JS/HTML and WASM EFB pages
- Added automatic brightness smoothening to EFB
- Added trim sensitivity saving between flights
- Added linear yoke animation
- Added extra tooltips around the cockpit
- Added paper effect to interactive paper charts
- Fixed position of inboard stall strip on port (left) wing
- Fixed flap sounds playing after flap failure
- Fixed flap 21° position not indicated on MSFS HUD
- Improvements to autopilot behaviour with each GPS selected
- Improvement to GPS brightness logic – each GPS display will now be set to full brightness when the RADIO LIGHTS switch is in the OFF position.
- Improvements to flight model (ground handling)
- Improvements to panel lighting to fix a dark area on the VSI
- Reduced likelihood of aircraft damage occurring due to faults in terrain
- Removed manual from package for compliance with MSFS 2024 SDK (manuals remain available via the PA-38 Tomahawk (MSFS) support page)
- Removed ‘Alternative Clean/Worn Cockpit Textures’ texture sets from package for compliance with MSFS 2024 SDK (alternative cockpit textures now available via the PA-38 Tomahawk (MSFS) support page)
- Updated ‘Optimised Cockpit Textures’ texture sets to support MSFS 2020 and 2024 (available via the PA-38 Tomahawk (MSFS) support page)
- Updated Operations Manual
- Updated EFB Manual
Paro Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 Gets New Screenshots


Ironsim revealed new screenshots of its Paro Airport (VQPR) in Bhutan for both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020.
The developer also confirmed that it’ll work on a P3D port afterward.
Spitfire 2.0 remake for MSFS2024 by FlyingIron Simulations Revealed
