Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Sim Update 2 Gets New Beta Build
Microsoft and Asobo released a new beta build of the upcoming Sim Update 2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Numbered 1.4.12, the build comes with a number of bug fixes. Below, you can read the update notes.
General Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where a softlock was possible when entering a textbox in-game
- Fixed exposure regression introduced in SU1 while fixing too dark exposure under heavy clouds coverage, which caused over exposure in many other unwanted situations.
- Please note that this won’t address the issue of excessively bright lights in many sceneries at night, as that is a light intensity issue unrelated to exposure.
- Fixed an issue that caused ModelAttached Model Behavior logic not to properly initialize, breaking some of the logic that should run from it.
- Added ModelBehavior random number generator seed initialization on creation
- Fixed ribbon assistance choices applied to ribbons
- Fixed a random crash caused by double deletion of a queue
- Unhide all collections before export and restore them after
- Removed use_active_scene, use_renderable and use_active_collection in Limit to in the multi exporter view
