Flight Simulation developers shared news today, including reveals about scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 and a sound pack.

Mustang Precision Audio Pack Released for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020
Echo 19 Audio released a sound pack for the P-51 Mustang, compatible with the Aeroplane Heaven P-51D (MSFS 2020), the Reno Expansion P-51 Aircraft (MSFS 2020), and the Default P-51D (MSFS 2024).
It’s available on Orbx Direct and Simmaket starting at $7.56.

Malmö Airport Getting Big Update and MSFS 2024 Compatibility


Marcus Nyberg announced a big update coming for his Malmö Airport (ESMS) in Sweden, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 compatibility. Above you can see a comparison of the airside showing the improvements. The old version is on the left, and the renewed version is on the right.
It’ll include the following changes.
- Enhanced landside
- New interiors for terminal
- Lots of small fixes and corrections (avro’s are removed, helicopter landing patch added, taxisigns got night light splash effect etc)
- Custom taxiway lights
- Further optimzations
- MSFS2024 compatible
It’ll be released by the end of April, and the airport is currently discounted on Orbx Direct at $9.86.
Donegal Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots




AviaSim Designs released new screenshots of Donegal Airport (EIDL) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
There are still “a few bits to do,” but the airport is close to complete.
X-Plane 12.2.0 Update Gets New Screenshot

Laminar Research released a new screenshot of the upcoming major update for X-Plane 12 numbered 12.2.0, that should come later this year.
This time around, we get to see updated cumulus clouds approximating multiple light bounces, reworked noise tuning, and cloud-on-cloud shadowing.
