Pietenpol Air Camper for MSFS 2024 Gets New Screenshots, Video, and Details
Emerald Scenery Design provided more assets and details about its upcoming aircraft for MSFS 2024, the vintage Pietenpol Air Camper.
The aircraft is now in beta testing, and it’ll include the following features.
- Hand-prop start interaction
- Fuel slosh
- Priming/Overpriming, including depriming with throttle
- Carburetor heat thermodynamics
- Prop drag & windmill resistance
- Negative thrust backfire SFX
- Slip drag SFX
- Camera motion effects
- Vibration & buffeting effects
- Gravity reactive doors
- Hydroplaning/water skiing (Bush tires)
- A breakable prop
- Autostart preflight covers removal
- Generator-driven panel lights with low voltage dimming
You’ll be able to start the aircraft from both the cockpit and from outside in avatar mode. In avatar mode, you’ll be able to operate the throttle, mixture, magnetos, and primer, while hand-propping the propeller.

Airbus A220 for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 Gets Release Date and Pricing
Synaptic Simulations announced that its Airbus A220 for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 will release tomorrow, July 28, on the official marketplaces in both sims.
We also learn that the aircraft will cost £49.99 plus applicable taxes. The release will include the -300 version, while the -100 and ACJ versions will be a separate release. Those who purchase the -300 will be able to get the other versions with a discount.
