Today, Hooded Horse and Pavonis Interactive announced that their epic grand-strategy sci-fi game, Terra Invicta, has left early access.
Terra Invicta originally launched into Early Access in 2022, placing players in the shoes of one of seven ideological factions from Earth that look to expand across the Solar System after alien life is detected at the fringes of the Solar System. You must lead your chosen faction in an attempt to reign supreme over the others, expanding across space to exploit its resources and build ships to battle your enemies in realistic tactical combat.
The 1.0 version of the game features plenty of updates and improvements, as the developers have added updated scenarios, improved UI, new content, and enhanced tutorials in the three years since entering Early Access. Content additions include new ship classes, habitat modules, exofighters for Earth nations, and an expanded tech tree.

Players looking to skip the tutorial and jump right into the swing of things will enjoy the brand-new quick-start “2070” scenario, which complements the longer-form 2026 starting scenario as a bite-sized mode. Terra Invicta is also localized into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
Terra Invicta 1.0 is now available on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store) and PC Game Pass, starting at $39.99. There is no word on whether there are plans for a console release at this time.
