The design isn’t set yet, but many of the specifications are. It will be roughly 27 meters wide and weigh 279 tons, with a 986 horsepower engine. This engine makes for a strong ship, which is perfect considering it will also have a tier two crane.

New cargo items are included, which were made specifically for the new cargo ship from the Ships At Sea partnership. Ships At Sea shared several images of these new items:

Additionally, the new ship will have a bow thruster, making it relatively easy to maneuver in all weather conditions. This makes the cargo ship good for simply navigating as well.

Ships At Sea is an early access title from Misc Games. Misc Games has made other ship simulators, Fishing: North Atlantic and Fishing: Barents Sea. While making those, it saw a need for service and cargo ships, and Ships At Sea was born.

New features such as a physical-based buoyancy system and the water shader WaveWorks make Ships At Sea the most authentic and beautiful ship simulator from Misc Games yet.

Players can traverse the Norwegian Sea and visit harbors in Lofoten, Norway. There, they can explore and visit boating shops and shipyards. They can even take the time to clean and maintain their vessel.

As the simulator is in early access, more updates are set to come in the future. These include a co-op mode and adjustable wave sizes, as well as bug fixes. It’s not clear whether or not these will be ready for the November update, but developers are actively working on them.
