Today, Road Studio S.A. revealed a look at its large world for its next highly anticipated simulator, Road Truckers: New Beginning.
When compared to its previous title, Alaskan Road Truckers, the map in Road Truckers: New Beginning is set to be three times the size. It will be split into we split the map into 2 parts: the hub area and the main exploration map, which is four times larger than the hub.
Splitting these areas will allow the developers to create new and varied regions without the need to seamlessly connect them to the existing world of the hub area. The hub area will be the demo area, and it’s roughly 2/3 of the size of the Alaskan map, making the distances feel much more natural and eliminating a need for scaling.
At the moment, a beta for the simulator is in the preparation stages, and then a demo version will be released.
