The next season, “Operation Daybreak,” will start with the launch of Siege X and its Dual Front mode on June 10, 2025. At that point, we’ll also get the remaster of one of the existing operators included in the original Siege, Clash.

The new mode will also bring the free access program, 5 modernized maps, a new UI, veteran rewards, and plenty more features that will form the core of Rainbow Six Siege X.

Season 3 in the next quarter will actually bring a completely new operator. We don’t know who they are just yet, but we know they’ll be a defender. It’ll also include 3 modernized maps.

Season 4 will be heralded by another moderator remaster, focusing on an unnamed attacker. A map will actually get a full rework, and 2 maps will be modernized.

You can find out the full roadmap summarized in the infographic below.

We also get a video introducing the remastered Clash on top of the new gadget and more.

You can also watch the full presentation with plenty of details about what you can expect.

For PC players, we also received a full overview of the PC specs of Rainbow 6 Siege X for minimum, high, and ultra details. You can check out how your PC stacks up below.

Rainbow Six Siege X Specs

If you’re unfamiliar with Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, it’s currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. The same platforms will host Rainbow Six Siege X, but Dual Front won’t be available on old-gen consoles.

The game has been a staple of Ubisoft’s lineup for many years, and it has been one of the best performers in the company’s financials.

It’ll be part of the Esports World Cup 2025, and you can check out Ubisoft’s esports plans for the game going forward.
