Originally announced during the Future Games Show 2025, Raev transports players to a lush and unique fantasy world where every decision shapes the future of their land. Like most city-builders, gameplay will feature a deep emphasis on world-building, strategic resource management, and engaging storytelling.

To help your kingdom thrive, you’ll need to build cities, create a thriving economy, and send your citizens on quests. Each adventure features its own unique storyline, where you’ll uncover secrets, conquer lands, and secure your empire’s future based on the diplomatic decisions you make.

Alongside quests and diplomatic storylines, Raev boasts intricate settings and buildings, with diverse biomes creating logistical challenges based on factors like weather and location. Each Raevin citizen also boasts their own set of personalities and skills, so you’ll want to pay attention to what task you assign to who in order to get things done efficiently and correctly.

As you assign citizens jobs, their skill sets will grow, allowing you to upgrade, craft, and create even more helpful items to help your kingdom grow. As with any thriving land, there will also be enemies looking to take it from you, so you’ll need to devote just as many resources and citizens to battle if you want to keep Raevin safe.

While there is no exact release date for Raev: Kingdom on the Distant Shores, Ravine is set to unveil beta testing opportunities in the near future. For more information on this or to wishlist the game, head on over to the official Steam page here.
