First of all, we hear that N-GT will come to the simulator. Also known as National GT, it was a rather niche HT class active only between 2000 and 2004. It was then replaced by GT2.

Speaking of N-GT, we also get to see one of its cars that will make an appearance in Project Motor Racing, the rather peculiar 2004 Morgan Aero 8.

Powered by a 4.4L, Mader-tuned BMW M62 V8 engine capable of delivering 500 bhp at 6,900 rpm, paired with a 6-speed sequential gearbox, the Aero 8 is certainly a strong contender in the class, on top of being a looker (depending on the point of view, I suppose),

If you’re unfamiliar with Project Motorn Racing, it’s an upcoming racing simulator that will be released at some point in 2025 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. It doesn’t yet have a release date. It uses Giants Software’s in-house engine, which has been powering the Farming Simulator franchise for a long time.

Project Motor Racing was originally born as GTRevival, and Straight4 Studios is the team created by Ian Bell, founder of Slightly Mad Studios of Project Cars fame.

Bell Himself mentioned when the use of the engine was announced that it would allow the developer “to build a beautiful simulator while ensuring framerates do not suffer as a result.”
