The Pokémon Company has announced the next Pokémon TCG Pocket set, Paradox Drive, which will introduce the Ancient and Future Pokémon found in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
The Ancient and Future cards work as subcategories, and certain Trainer cards will work for these specific subcategories. Players will be able to create brand-new decks with these types of Pokémon with their special supporting cards.
Some of the Pokémon that will be part of Paradox Drive are as follows:
- Koraidon ex (Ancient)
- Miraidon ex (Future)
- Farigiraf
- Kingambit
- Garganacl
- Scream Tail (Ancient)
- Raging Bolt (Ancient)
- Flutter Mane ex (Ancient)
- Iron Boulder (Future)
- Iron Hands (Future)
- Iron Bundle ex (Future)
- Dudunsparce
The events that will be released through the next update of Pokémon TCG Pocket with Paradox Drive have also been revealed. To start with, the Paradox Drive Emblem Event will be live, which lets players earn emblems, shinedust, and items through battles.
In early June, a Community Week will let players trade cards to get hourglasses, accessories, and more items.
From mid to late June, there will be a Ceruledge ex Drop Event and a Wonder Pick Event. The Ceruledge ex Drop Event will allow players to take on special solo battles to get B Series Vol. Nine promo packs.
The Wonder Pick Event will have promo cards that feature Sableye and Floragato, and missions will give players an event shop ticket to exchange for another promo cards in the Shop.
