Sony Interactive Entertainment broadcasted its latest State of Play, focusing mostly on games from third-party partners, so there’s plenty of news for gamers on other platforms as well.

The livestream started with the launch trailer of Monster Hunter Wilds, which will be released on February 28, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It also includes a tease of the first update, which will include Mizutsune, coming in the spring.
The second update will come in the summer of 2025.
Next is Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, from the creators of Street of Rage 4 at Lizardcube. It’s coming on August 29, 2025 for PS5, PS4, Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
We stay in the realm of Sega with Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, coming soon for PS5, PS4, Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
We then move to Bandai Namco with the announcement of Digimon Story Time Stranger, coming in 2025 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
We finally get a release date of Lost Soul Aside from Ultizero Games, coming to PS5 and PC on May 30, 2025.
We return to Sega with the release of a Playable demo of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, which arrives tomorrow, at 7:00 am PT.
Like a Dragon fans may also enjoy a new DLC for Dave the Diver titled Ichiban’s Holiday and launching in April 2025.
Splitgate 2 by 1047 Games is getting an open alpha for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 between February 27 and March 2, 2025.
Fans of WWE 2K25 get a look at The Island, which is not coming on old-generation platforms. The game launches on March 14, 2025, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
We get to take a look at Borderlands 4, which is coming for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. There will be a special State of Play this spring focusing exclusively on the game.

EA Original presented Hazelight Studios’ Split Fiction, coming for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 6, 2025.
Supermassive Games showcased a new Dark Pictures game, Directive 8020, coming on October 20, 2025 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of The Mimic comes on June 13, 2025, and we take a look at PS5 gameplay.
We stay in the realm of horror with The Midnight Walk by Moonhood, which is releasing on May 8 for PC via Steam, PS5, and PlayStation VR2.
Konami showcased Darwin’s Paradox, coming later in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
Koei Tecmo and Omega Force revealed Warriors: Abyss, a new roguelike spin on the Warriors franchise. This is actually a shadow drop launching today for PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PS4.
It’s also coming on Nintendo Switch on February 14.
We get a new look at Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny, coming on May 23, 2025, for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
We also look forward into the future with a new trailer of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, coming next year. Interestingly, it will feature Miyamoto Musashi as its protagonist.
It’s coming in 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
We finally get a release date for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater. It’s coming for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 on June 28, 2025.
Next on the menu is Hell is Us from Rogue Factor and Nacon, coming September 4, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
Neowiz Games presented Lies of P: Overture, a DLC for Lies of P, coming in Summer 2025 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Q-Games showcased Dreams of Another, coming in 2025 for PS5 and PlayStation VR2.
Days Gone: Remastered has been announced for PS5 and PC, including new content like permadeath and more. An upgrade for those who got the PS4 version will be available for $10. Those who purchased the PC version will be able to get the new content via the Broken Road DLC for the same price.
It releases on April 25.
Next is a new DLC for Stellar Blade, featuring an inevitable crossover collaboration with Shift Up’s Goddess of Victory Nikke. We also learn that the PC version launches this June at the same time as the DLC.
Next on the menu is Blue Prince by Dogubomb, coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation Plus, and Game Pass this spring. The game is already available for PC.
Abiotic Factor by Deep Field is also coming to consoles, and specifically for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, including PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Game Pass. The game is already available on PC.
Eclipse Glow Games revealed Tides of Annihilation, coming at some point in the future for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Reikon revealed Metal Eden, coming on May 6, 2025, for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
IOI Partners presented Mindseye, coming in the summer of 2025 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Saros was revealed by Housemarque, and it’s coming in 2026 for PS5. The first look at gameplay will come later this year.
