Three new games have been revealed. The first is Unending Dawn by Parcae’s Fate Studio.

The game is a multiplayer open-world action game set in a world that has been devastated by a cataclysm named “the Day of the Unending Dawn.” As the survivors struggle to hide in the darkness, the player will have to embark on a journey and face the unknown and ancient legends to find the truth and a glimmer of hope.

You can watch the trailer on PlayStation China’s Weibo account.

The second game is Codename: Jinyiwei and it’s a martial arts RPG developed by CangMo Game Development. It tells the story set in ancient China during the times of the Ming Dynasty.

The player takes on the role of a local warrior involved in the storm of intrigue surrounding the events of the era. The game offers smooth martial arts gameplay and an immersive plot.

The trailer is also available on PlayStation China’s Weibo account.

The third title is Luolan, a single-player action-adventure game developed by Shenzen-based ChillyRoom. This one doesn’t have a trailer that we could find, but it will be showcased on July 28.

As mentioned in the article accompanying the announcement, Sony renewed its unwavering commitment to supporting the Chinese gaming industry, and its determination to push the China Hero Project to even greater success.

Tatsuo Eguchi, who leads PlayStation Shanghai,

The China Hero Project has always been committed to promoting the development of Chinese games and we are fortunate to have seen many great Chinese developers shine on our platform. Their masterpieces have been warmly welcomed not just here, but they also received recognition on the worldwide stage.

In the future, we intend to continue working with our partners and push the boundaries of game development with even more Chinese developers. We also intend to leverage the prestige of the PlayStation platform around the world to introduce more extraordinary Chinese games to global gamers.

If you’re unfamiliar with the China Hero Project, it was originally launched in 2016 by PlayStation and publicly announced in 2017 to locate and support outstanding local developers and present their games to the world.

Several games supported by the project like ANNO: Mutationem, F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch, and Hardcore Mecha have already been released not only on PlayStation, but also on other platforms after a while.

There are quite a few still in development, including Lost Soul Aside by Ultizero Games, which has been one of the most visible among the titles supported by the Project.
