Palworld released its Halloween update, v0.3.10, and it’s bringing several free skins and bug fixes just before Halloween comes.
Four Halloween skins are available for free as players start the game after the update. They all feature iconic Pals who are dressed up in adorable costumes to celebrate Halloween:
- Halloween Cattiva
- Spectacled Katress
- Pirate Pengullet
- Halloween Croajiro
Check out all the cute skins below in their own special showcase:
To equip these skins, players need to build the Pal Dressing Facility. This is a technology that’s available at level one, and it’s incredibly cheap to build.
Changes also hit multiplayer text chat. The character limit for the text chat has been upgraded, letting players send much longer chats.
Besides that, several bugs were patched out. These include things like server memory leaks, critical game crashes, and translation errors. Also, large Pals won’t shove players through walls or phase players under the map anymore, either. Plenty of minor bugs were also patched out.
These aren’t the first Palworld skins, though. Earlier this year, Twitch drops for three summer skins were released, and Cattiva has had a Sunglasses version for some time now.
Palworld’s Halloween update comes in spite of the ongoing lawsuit in Japan from Nintendo. In fact, Palworld was also released on PlayStation 5 in Japan, of all places, in the middle of the lawsuit. It’s also received updates regularly during this time.
Palworld also released a cute “spooky” trailer showing off the Halloween skins. Fans can view it below:
