The game’s producer, Aoba Miyazaki, spoke about several game modes in the latest trailer, introducing the various ways that players can spend time in My Hero Academia: All’s Justice.

Team Up Mission is a game mode where players will be able to choose a Class 1-A student from UA, such as Deku, and go on a series of training exercises. These are new scripted stories that the series creator, Kōhei Horikoshi, “support(s),” in Miyazaki-san’s words.

Players will also team up with other Class 1-A students to carry out these missions.

Through Team Up Mission, players will be able to explore a simulated city. While doing so, players can use the character’s Quirks to get around in unique ways, which was seen last month in the release date announcement trailer.

During these missions, players can also find side missions through the city. There are also exploration objectives, like finding hidden cards.

By completing Team Up Mission, players can unlock two additional game modes: Archives Battle and Hero’s Diary.

In Archives Battle, players can see and play through some of the biggest fights in My Hero Academia’s story. These are challenging fights that also have unique gameplay compared to the other game modes.

Hero’s Diary gives players a new look at the relationships between the characters. These are fully voiced moments that are unique to the game, giving players a chance to learn more about the characters.

As the name suggests, Story Mode takes players into the story of My Hero Academia. It specifically focuses on the Final Battle arc, which is where the anime is currently at. By the time My Hero Academia: All’s Justice is released, the anime should have finished this arc — essentially, there should be no spoilers for those who watch the anime.

Combat in My Hero Academia: All’s Justice revolves around three-versus-three battles. Switching between characters offers both offensive and defensive advantages that players will need to use in order to win. Miyazaki-san goes into the core actions behind the combat system, which players can use with any of the large roster of Pro Heroes, Students, and Villains.

Additionally, there’s a Normal Control mode for those who are new to (or uncomfortable with) complex action games. This streamlines the combo system and automates switching between what moves are used.

My Hero Academia: All’s Justice will also have an online battling system, which will include a ranking system for players.

My Hero Academia: All’s Justice is set to release on February 6, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
