The aircraft will actually arrive very soon. It’ll be available on MSFS 2024’s official marketplace tomorrow, exclusively on the official in-sim marketplace.

At the moment, the pricing and specific platforms have not been announced, but we’ll know tomorrow.

To celebrate the announcement, FlightFX released a trailer and a batch of screenshots, alongside a features page.

The aircraft includes the following features.

System Simulation

  • Pneumatic & Pressurization Systems
    • Custom, physics-based climate control with heat transfer calculated from airflow and volume. Air-cycle-machine valves move in real time to blend ram air, heat-exchanger air, and engine/APU bleed air to meet zone targets.
    • Custom pressurization system with dual outflow valves plus differential- and ambient-pressure calculations for both manual and automatic modes.
    • Manual-faithful EFB visualization of airflow and the real-time positions of valves, mixers, fans, and ducts. Color-coded paths show airflow and temperature, providing immediate feedback from cockpit-control inputs.
  • Electrical System
    • Fully modeled electrical architecture, with every component tied to the correct bus.
    • Realistic routing and overlap among supply sources. Each bus can be powered by the battery, ground power, APU, or generators, mirroring the nine configurations documented in the aircraft manual.
    • AC-bus and triple-inverter simulation, including automatic switching among inverter sources according to availability.
    • Wild-frequency AC alternator simulation for windshield-heater power.
    • Backup batteries and buses for the ESIS, emergency avionics, and escape lights, with six batteries simulated in total.
    • Live EFB visualization based on the aircraft manual, showing buses, contactors, voltages, connections, and power paths color-coded by source.
  • Engines
    • DEEC (Digital Electronic Engine Control): Custom simulation of the TFE731-5BR and its digital engine control, with fuel consumption calibrated to real-world tables. Engine acceleration is controlled across the full N2 range to match the engine’s distinctive spool characteristics, with overspeed and overtemperature protection.
    • Custom-built thrust-reverser logic provides complete control across the reverse range and supports single-reverser taxi operation to reduce idle forward speed.
    • APR (Automatic Power Reserve) system.
    • Optional autothrottle retrofit, fully coupled to VNAV and flight-phase detection, with coordinated operation in FLC modes.
    • Each engine develops its own character: performance and the relationships among fuel flow, N2, N1, ITT, and oil cooling diverge as engine hours accumulate.
    • Engine synchronization based on N1 or N2.
    • Animated EFB visualization of engine airflow and the DEEC, presenting the TFE731-5BR in operation.
  • Fuel System
    • Realistic simulation of the Hawker 800XP’s fuel system, including distribution and balancing controls that support transfer from either ventral tank to a wing tank and transfer between wing tanks, with system valves and pumps represented.
    • Full simulation of the pantry refueling panel, with overflow protection and direct control of refueling and defueling valves.
    • Real-time refueling and defueling through the refueling panel using the fuel truck.
    • Live EFB visualization of system state, including flow, pressure, and valve positions.
  • Hydraulics System
    • Custom hydraulic-pressure simulation with calculated pressure, flow, fluid quantity, and temperature.
    • Reservoirs, pumps, actuators, and their fluid and pressure demands are simulated.
    • Landing gear, flaps, airbrakes, nosewheel steering, lift dump, and stick-pusher functions depend on the appropriate hydraulic supply.
    • Accumulator charging, isolation, depletion, and recovery.
    • Auxiliary hydraulic operation for landing gear and flaps.
    • Manual-faithful EFB synoptic showing pumps, reservoirs, valves, accumulators, actuator pressures, and fluid flow.
    • Reservoir-quantity loss and hydraulic leaks, with refillable hydraulic fluid.
  • Ice Protection System
    • Custom ice-protection simulation for engines and the airframe.
    • Consumable, persistent TKS anti-ice fluid.
    • Visible TKS-fluid application on the aircraft wings.
    • Refillable TKS fluid through the cabin service port.

Avionics & Navigation

  • Builds on and enhances Working Title’s PL21.
  • Aircraft-specific customization for the Hawker 800XP side-selection-key control scheme.
  • MFD map view with geographic borders, country names, and city labels.
  • Weather radar with functional tilt control.
  • Integrated avionics charts with support for Navigraph or the Microsoft Flight Simulator LIDO chart service.
  • Custom FMC pages, including THRUST LIMIT and ENGINE/FUEL DATA.
  • FMC takeoff, landing, and performance calculators based on real-world data and custom prediction algorithms.
  • Custom G-force-aware flight director.
  • Integrated normal, abnormal, and emergency checklists.
  • Along track offset
  • Missed Approach

‍Flight Modeling

  • Data-driven flight model faithful to documented performance tables in all phases of flight.
  • Lift-dump system.
  • Rudder-bias system.
  • Custom stick shaker and stick pusher.
  • Custom spring-physics wing-flex simulation tuned to the Hawker 800XP’s stiff, short wings.
  • Full response to forces generated by the inertial-immersion system.

Inertial Immersion System

  • Custom body and seat-inertia effects across all six axes, simulating rattles, shakes, vibration, turbulence, windshear, touchdown forces, stall buffet, ground roll, dirty air, and high-G maneuvers.
  • Aircraft-aware turbulence response driven by calculated EDR (eddy dissipation rate).

High-Fidelity Soundscape

  • On-site recorded audio with an immersive soundscape by Boris Audio Works.

Electronic Flight Bag (VAMS 3.0)

  • System synoptics and monitoring application.
  • Navigraph charts with SimLink integration.
  • LIDO charts provided through Microsoft Flight Simulator.
  • SimBrief application with flight-plan synchronization to the FMS and direct transfer of imported weights to the aircraft load manager.
  • Advanced in-flight map based on OpenStreetMap, synchronized with the active avionics flight plan, with color-coded traveled path and satellite view.
  • Weight-and-balance application integrated with native Microsoft Flight Simulator passenger avatars and SimBrief loading.
  • Ground controls for the GPU and refueling truck, plus instrument covers, chocks, and engine covers.

FlightFX Enroute

Smooth, stylish, and sophisticated, FlightFX Enroute brings the modern passenger experience into the Hawker 800XP cabin. Follow your journey in real time with an elegant, passenger-focused display designed to keep you connected with the progress of your flight from departure to arrival.

  • Real-Time Route Tracking: Follow the aircraft’s progress along a moving route map synchronized with the active flight plan.
  • Live Flight Information: View current altitude, ground speed, outside air temperature, headwind, and local time throughout the flight.
  • Route Progress: Track distance flown, nautical miles remaining, estimated arrival time, and time remaining to your destination.
  • Flight Details: Displays flight number and key trip information throughout the journey.

Total Persistence

  • EFB-selectable tracking and storage of more than 1,300 parameters on a per-airframe basis.
  • Persists switch, lever, button, door, and drawer positions between flights, along with fuel, weight and balance, hydraulic-fluid quantity, de-ice-fluid quantity, and per-engine Hobbs time.
  • Captures shutdown-aircraft state and restores it for cold-and-dark starts without imposing that state on runway or airborne starts.
