Today, NetEase Games and Marvel Entertainment revealed what is to come in the latest update for its hit free-to-play superhero MOBA, Marvel Rivals. Patch version 20250207 is set to arrive on February 6, 2025, at 4 AM EST and will feature plenty of bug fixes and two new unique superhero skins.
The lucky characters getting the two new free outfits are Luna Snow and Captain America. Luna’s outfit is based on her alternate cyberpunk future look, Mirae 2099, while Cap gets his iconic Avengers: Infinity War look from the MCU movies.
You can take a look at what both of these outfits will look like down below:

Alongside these new skins, various quality-of-life changes will also be implemented in patch version 20250207. Those include resolving map terrain issues, incorrect anti-cheat notifications, and hero fixes like adjusting Venom’s Wild Swingg. You can check out the Steam patch notes here for the full list.
Marvel Rivals had a massive debut on December 6, 2024, with almost 450,000 peak concurrent players on Steam alone – so not even counting PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Epic Games players. The free-to-play title features 33 Marvel heroes and villains, with more getting added every few months.
Last year, Simulation Daily had the chance to sit with Marvel Rivals developers and discuss their choices regarding the game, including character design, hero selection, and the choice to go six-versus-six.
