Today, Le Mans Ultimate has revealed new details about the upcoming June 2025 update, which will introduce new content like multi-driver team races, more customization, and more team management. Additionally, the last 2024 DLC pack is releasing soon, introducing new cars and a new track.
Le Mans Ultimate is ending its 2024 FIA WEC Season with a DLC Pack that introduces two new LMGT3 cars, the long-awaited Lamborghini Huracán LMGT3 Evo2 and Lexus RC F LMGT3. The track coming with the final 2024 DLC pack is none other than the Lusail International Circuit. The track has everything that Studio 397 was looking for to introduce multi-team racing.
Multi-team racing is coming with the Le Mans June 2025 update. This feature will introduce a system where players will hand the car over to another player mid-race.
This will be featured in several events in Le Mans Ultimate, giving players a way to enjoy team-based strategies over races that can last hours. This has been a feature in past titles, though it’s been adjusted to offer better security and more technical support should something happen.
To ensure that things run smoothly, multi-driver racing will only be in certain Special Events. Studio 397 will be watching these races closely to see if anything can be improved. Once they’re confident in that, they’ll open them up for use in Online Champions and leagues.
Going with this is the new team management feature, which will allow players to form teams. The team owner can assign roles and cars to teammates. The roles are as follows:
- Driver: drives cars
- Engineer: sees data from cars on the new watch screen and makes pitstop changes
- Manager: assigns players to cars and registers for races
- Team Owner: everything above
Teams will also be able to upload a logo and a background page for their team, too. Each team can have six members with one lineup for free. Those with a RaceControl Pro or Pro+ subscription can have teams with up to 100 members and ten lineups.
Additionally, a new livery system lets players upload liveries to be automatically shared with team drivers and spectators. Right now, this feature will only be available for online events. It’s also only a feature for RaceControl Pro and Pro+ subscribers.
The Le Mans Ultimate June 2025 update also includes other changes and adjustments, which players can discover here. The update and DLC pack will be released on June 10, 2025.
