Straight4 Studios has announced that Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit will be part of lineup for Project Motor Racing, and the publisher has shared several in-progress images of the in-game version of Kyalami.
Today, Straight4 Studios revealed that Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in Midrand, South Africa, will be a part of Project Motor Racing in a post that dives deep into the history and facts about the iconic track.
The original Kyalami was a notoriously fast track, known for its challenging turns, fast straightaways, and for being at 2,000 meters above sea level. In 1967, it hosted the F1 South African Grand Prix and gained attention through it.
However, through the years, the track was put through the ringer. It was altered in the early 1990s, shortening it before a new owner revitalized it in 2015.
The 2015 renovation came with new facilities, an improved layout, and new safety standards to be FIA Grade 2 certified. Nowadays, it’s a premier racing circuit, hosting the GT 9-Hour Race for the past six years.
The inclusion of Kyalami in Project Motor Racing gives players a way to test their endurance, strategy, skills, and reliability, according to Giants.
Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit has been fully scanned, and Straight4 Studios shared in-progress pictures of what that looks like in Project Motor Racing:

Project Motor Racing is headed to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in fall 2025.
