A competitive PvP game is in the works from the new studio EF Games, and PUBG publisher Krafton has taken an interest and announced an investment agreement with the group.
Krafton knows a thing or two about multiplayer competitive games, with PUBG: Battlegrounds being one of the hottest battle royale titles ever. It’s also worked with The Callisto Protocol, Moonbreaker, Defense Derby, and Tera. Its financial support of EF Games’ upcoming PvP game is promising.
EF Games is based in Madrid, Spain, and it’s looking to fill several positions to work on the upcoming game. This includes a Senior Unity Developer, Senior 3D Artist, and Senior UI Artist.
By working with Krafton and hiring the best professionals, EF Games plans to redefine the multiplier gaming experience. The group is expecting to create an innovative and engaging multiplayer PvP game as a result.
Joaquin Ruipérez, the CEO of EF Games and a co-founder, is excited about the partnership:
“We are thrilled to have KRAFTON’s support as we build a team of creative and driven individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of multiplayer PvP games. We look forward to welcoming exceptional talent to our growing team.”
EF Games is a new company from Estudiofuture, a VR company. Estudiofuture will continue focusing on VT projects and training in a variety of fields. EF Games will focus on creating top-of-the-line games.
