This time around, we take a look at family dynamics, and specifically the mechanics relevant to juveniles.

They tend to have needs that are slightly different from those of adults, so introducing a juvenile to an enclosure may also introduce new needs that you need to satisfy to make them happy.

That’s important as happy juveniles will then become happy big dinos when they’re adults.

We also see how juveniles may follow and interact with the adults of the same species, while some are even bold enough to follow any adult, regardless of species. If that’s not adorable, I don’t know what is.

You can check out the video below. Incidentally, it provides another look at the new Japanese location, which will be introduced for the first time in Jurassic World Evolution 3.

Jurassic World Evolution 3 was revealed recently at Summer Game Fest, and it’s coming for PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Windows Store), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 21, 2025.

It’s the third installment of a popular series of management sims inspired by Universal’s Jurassic World series, which debuted with the original Jurassic World Evolution in 2018, followed by the sequel in 2021.

This new game promises a whopping 80 species of dinosaurs and a new campaign with the return of Jeff Goldblum voicing Dr. Ian Malcolm. It’ll also include new locations like Japan, which we saw today.

If you’d like to see more, you can enjoy another video introducing one of the species available in this management game, the recently-discovered Lokiceratops, a dive into the new breeding mechanics, and the reveal of the Utharaptor.
