Frozen District has shared a new House Flipper 2 roadmap, detailing the plans for the rest of 2026, including new content updates, DLC, and more.
To start with, players can look forward to seeing Frozen District and House Flipper 2 at Gamescom 2026. The major game event takes place at the end of August, with Opening Night Live on August 25, 2026, in Cologne, Germany. Fans can meet and hang out with the developers while also getting to play the first demo for the upcoming Pets DLC.
Throughout Q3 and Q4, there will be more information revealed for the House Flipper 2 Pets DLC in various devlogs. For now, players know that the Pets DLC will include a new region, over 40 unique dog and cat breeds, over 30 other smaller pets, 10 new jobs, 10 new houses, at least 4 new buyers, hundreds of new items, and new achievements to unlock.
Q4 of 2026 will include a Custom Content Update, which will let players upload their own textures and patterns to create their own wallpapers, furniture, wood types, etc. This will be a feature available in both Story and Sandbox modes, giving players more creative freedom than ever.
That same quarter will also see the release of House Flipper 2 on the Nintendo Switch. It will include the past three years’ worth of content updates, as well as the Sakura DLC and Co-op DLC for Nintendo fans to enjoy. There will also be a House Flipper Franchise sale, so new players can easily join.
Future content that’s not quite ready to be announced in detail yet includes a House Flipper 2 Championship Content and improvements to the Sandbox Mode. There’s also a livestream being held on July 30, 2026, at 6 pm CEST. Players can learn more about the stream and the roadmap in the images shared below:
