It’s the seventh birthday of the House Flipper franchise, and developer Frozen District is celebrating by launching a new, free DLC for House Flipper 2 as well as a free-to-play weekend on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The DLC in question is the House Flipper 2 Co-op DLC. Of course, as the name suggests, it finally brings co-op gameplay to the simulation game. This will let up to four players enjoy the game together across platforms. Additionally, there are four new orders designed for co-op play, along with four new properties to flip.
Additionally, House Flipper 2 will be free to play from May 15 to May 19 on Steam and May 15 to May 18 on consoles. If you decide you want to buy the game, it’ll also be on sale, though prices on each platform may vary.
This means that players can try the game for free with friends as it coincides with the launch of the Co-op DLC.
Frozen District is also celebrating live on Twitch. There, it’ll go over what’s new as well as open up a co-op session for players to play with developers. There’s also community contest info, giveaways, and even more announcements on the way.
There’s also a trailer to hype up and reveal the House Flipper 2 Co-op DLC, which fans can view below. Not only does it show off the large properties included in the DLC, but it also shows some of the funny moments that co-op can bring to the simulation game (such as friends falling through the floors that other players demolished).
