Today, Capcom officially released the teaser for the final Year 3 DLC character for Street Fighter 6, Ingrid, confirming her arrival for late spring 2026.
In the Street Fighter 6 trailer, we get a glimpse of Ingrid in a mysterious, otherworldly location and alien-like creatures, known as Monoids. Not only do these creatures resemble Ingrid, but it is also hinted that the player’s fate is linked to hers through these entities.
This will be the first mainline 3D title she’s appeared in, having made her debut in the 2D title Capcom Fighting Evolution back in 2004. Despite her youthful appearance, lore from her canceled debut game (Capcom Fighting All-Stars) suggested she is an immortal being approximately 80 years old.
In those previous titles, she had a power set of light-based attacks, cosmic energy, and reality-warping abilities, with her official lore title being known as The Eternal Goddess. Like other DLC characters, Ingrid will be available for purchase individually with Fighter Coins or via instant access for anyone who has the Year 3 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass.
Street Fighter 6 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. For more news on Street Fighter 6, check out its tournament at the Esports World Cup 2025.
Ingrid is also just one of many recent DLC characters added to Street Fighter 6, ranging from characters from other games like Mai Shiranui and Terry Bogard to originals like Alex. We’ve also got plenty of info on other fighter games, like 2XKO, Fatal Fury, and more.
