We get to see Isla in action, the toughest drill sergeant in the Granblue Fantasy Universe, and she certainly feels like she fits the part even in her fighting game form.

She is the last character of the current Character Pass, as we already got Sandalphon, Galleon, Wilnas, and the Meg and Mari pair. She will be released on February 10, priced at $7.99 for those who don’t have the whole Character Pass.

Of course, if you purchased the Character Pass, you’ll get Ilsa at no additional cost as soon as she releases.

We’ll have to wait and see what plans Cygames has for the future of this game, but in the meantime, Ilsa is very promising, and she’s a beloved character among the community of the original game.

You can check out the video dubbed in English below. If you’d rather hear the Japanese voice-overs, you can find the Japanese version on the official YouTube channel.

If you want to learn more about Cygames’ plans for the game, you can watch our interview with the series’s creative Director, Tetsuya Fukuhara.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is currently available for PS5, PS4, and PC.

Incidentally, the original mobile game that started the franchise will soon be released for PC via Steam. The game has been available in English for a long time, but this is the first time it’s officially released for the global audience, although it’ll be completely separate in progression from the mobile version.
