Sony Interactive Entertainment and Polyphony Digital hosted the finals of the Nations Cup of the Gran Turismo 7 World Series 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.
Before the finals, Gran Turismo boss Kazunori Yamauchi and Hyundai N president Joon Park announced that the Hyundai Elantra N TCR will be included in the next Gran Turismo 7 DLC alongside cafe and museum content.
Park also added that Hyundai N is working with Pholyphony Digital on “exciting collaborations” for the next decade and beyond.
Asked to provide more details, Park added that the company is “cooking great collaborative things” with Gran Turismo for 2026 and beyond. While he could not say more, he said that we should stay tuned.

The grand final was won by Jose Serrano, who took the Nations Cup with a whopping 20 points lead over Takuma Miyazono, who came in second place.
This is basically a grand slam for Serrano, who also won the Manufacturers Cup yesterday as part of Team Porsche.
The podium at the end of the day of racing reflected the final race, with Pol Urra taking third place behind Jose Serrano and Takuma Miyazono.
