To celebrate the anniversary of Goat Simulator 3, Coffee Stain Publishing and Coffee Stain North are adding two new pieces of content to the game, a free community update and a paid Hocus Pocus DLC, with both slated to arrive on November 25, 2025.
As the name indicates, the community update will focus on introducing events, abilities, instincts, and gears developed based on winning submissions from the community Gear Competition. The events and the prizes that come with them can be seen below:
- Fishing for Bob – Bob (the Blobfish)
- Puppet Show – Puppet Goat
- Target Practice – Grappling Bow
The free update also adds some quality-of-life changes that folks in the community came up with, including upgraded pop-ups, a News Feed, and an “add-ons” option for the Wardrobe.
The Hocus Pocus add-on will feature 20 new gears (six with all new abilities), a new high-flying vehicle, and five new challenging instincts. You can take a peek at some of that gear and what it does here:
- Chain Spirit Boots – Chain objects together for some tangled-up mayhem
- The Broom – Fly around and feel the wind in your fur coat
- Dragon Scales – Launch fiery tornadoes at all who dare cross your path
- Owl Companion – A new friend that brings you gifts (in the form of nearby NPCs)
In other Goat Sim news, Goat Simulator: Remastered released on consoles and PC last week. The revamp features high-definition graphics, a reworked menu, the full DLC collection, and much more content that fans of the franchise will surely love.
Goat Simulator 3 is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, the Microsoft Store, & Game Pass), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android for $29.99.
