Today, SNK announced that Duck King, the second DLC fighter included in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season Pass 3, will join the roster on August 27, 2026.
A staple of the Fatal Fury series since the original released in 1991, Duck King blends breakdancing and martial arts into a fighting style built on nimble footwork, unpredictable moves, and impeccable rhythm. After decades away from the spotlight, South Town’s dancing king is back—and once again, Terry Bogard is at the center of his story.
Cedric Williams will voice Duck King in English and Anri Katsu in Japanese; the character remains closely tied to South Town and the iconic Pao Pao Café. Following his defeat to Terry Bogard in his youth, Duck developed a friendly rivalry with the Hungry Wolf while continuing to make Pao Pao Café his favorite hangout.
In Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Arcade Mode, Duck King learns that certain parties are attempting to buy out Pao Pao Café. Determined to protect the establishment and help its owner Richard Meyer, Duck sets his sights on the King of Fighters tournament and its lucrative prize. The competition also gives him another opportunity to settle the score with his longtime rival, Terry Bogard.
Duck King’s Episodes of South Town story takes a more personal turn. He seeks revenge against Wolfgang Krauser, who previously handed him a devastating defeat. With Krauser now back in South Town, Duck finally has the opportunity to confront the would-be emperor once again.

Players can access Duck King by purchasing Season Pass 3 for $19.99 if they already own the base game. Alternatively, the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Revenge Edition includes the base game alongside Season Passes 1, 2, and 3 for $49.99.
The Fatal Fury series originally debuted in 1991 and became one of the franchises that helped define the fighting game boom of the 1990s. Its last entry, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, launched in 1999 before the series returned with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on April 24, 2025.
After a 26-year absence, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves revived the franchise with a dynamic art style, a mix of classic and new fighters, and modernized fighting mechanics. SNK continues to expand the game with additional DLC fighters and features, with Duck King now preparing to bring his signature rhythm back to South Town.
