SCS Software revealed new footage, screenshots, and details about the upcoming Coaches expansion coming to Euro Truck Simulator 2.
We see how you can purchase and customize a coach in various ways. While a coach is a significant investment, funds are shared with the truck mode, so you should be able to acquire what you need fairly easily with some effort. There are also financing and loans available if you want a shortcut.
You won’t be able to purchase all the upgrades immediately, as some are locked behind progression, providing you with a further sense of accomplishment as you gain levels.
When you own a coach, you can explore the map freely and even take on contract jobs with increasing payouts depending on difficulty.

If you’re unfamiliar with Euro Truck Simulator 2, it’s a truck-driving simulator available for PC, but PS5 and Xbox versions have been recently announced.
The Iceland DLC was revealed a few months ago, and you can enjoy additional screenshots, in addition to its churches, the Ring Road, the coastlines, Keflavík, the fjords, Akureyri, and the bridges.
Further national DLCs announced focus on Ireland (of which we also saw a few screenshots and an iconic road) and on Turkey.
The development team is also hard at work updating relevant areas of the map, and the next rework focuses on the UK, including the Stonehenge area and Inverness.
Last, but not least, there’s the Coaches DLC, and we recently saw its bus stations, the Scania Touring, passenger satisfaction, the MAN Lion’s Coach, the Volvo 9700 Double Decker, the first gameplay, and the new vehicle features.
