Team Spirit Dominates Dota 2 at Esports World Cup 2025

Team Spirits Wins Dota 2 Esports World Cup

Today, the Esports World Cup 2025 crowned its champions for Dota 2, and it’s Team Spirit.

The team dominated throughout the tournaments, leaving their adversaries at zero points all the way from the quarterfinals to the Grand Finals, which were won 3-0 against Team Falcons, which never really stood a chance.

In third place was Pvision, which defeated Tundra Eports in the decider match.

This means that Team Spirit brings home the massive $1,000,000 prize pool for the winner, while Team Falcons was awarded $500,000, and Pvision won $300,000.

This win also puts Team Spirit in fourth place in the overall club ranking for the whole Esports World Cup, albeit there are several teams occupying the same spot since it’s early in the competition.

If you missed the Grand Finals and the decider match for third place, you can check out the recording of the livestream on demand below.

The Esports World Cup is hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it’s already at the end of its second week, with several tournaments having already crowned their champions

The competition is scheduled to continue for several more weeks. The final day is pinned on August 24. There are a whopping four tournaments concluding this weekend, so you can expect to see reports about them all here on Simulation Daily.
