Today, Paradox Interactive revealed that Cities: Skylines is getting a new Content Creator Pack bundle titled Shops of Shibuya, alongside Map Pack Four and the Harumi Nights FM Radio Station.
Shibuya is one of the most iconic districts in Japan, known for its wide array of fashion stores. Community creator Stop it D recreated it for Cities: Skylines in the new Shops of Shibuya Pack.
The new Pack includes sleek-styled stores, side streets, and high-traffic roads with both low and high-density buildings to capture the energy of Shibuya itself.
Specifically, it will include 3 new unique buildings, 2 parks, 27 low-density commercial buildings, 27 high-density commercial buildings, and 47 props. Players can check out the Shops of Shibuya Cities: Skylines trailer below:
Additionally, Map Pack Four is also coming to Cities: Skylines. It includes ten new maps, which are inspired by different areas in nature. Things like rivers, landscapes, archipelagos, fjords, and coastlines are all features in the new maps.
The Pack was created by Community Creator Uncle Ron, and it should give players more range in creating their cities.

Last but not least is the Harumi Nights FM Radio Station, which was created to suit the nightlife scene in modern Japan. There are 16 tracks included in the Radio Station.
All of these together create the Shops of Shibuya Bundle for Cities: Skylines. They will also be available individually when they release on September 24, 2025.
Cities: Skylines is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Despite initially releasing in 2015, Paradox has continuously updated the game — it recently received both free and paid content for its 10th anniversary earlier this year.
Fans of the franchise can check out the Cities: Skylines 2 Quays and Piers Patch from a few months ago.
