Today, Astragon announced a new installment of the Bus Simulator franchise, simply titled Bus Simulator 27.
It’ll release later this year (in the second half of 2026) for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. The Steam page is already available for your wishlisting purposes.
With the new release, Bus Simulator 27 will welcome a new partner with Polish manufacturer Solaris, which will bring multiple models: the Urbino 9 LE electric, the Urbino 12 electric, and the Urbino 18 hydrogen.
The game will feature the largest lineup of the series with 45 officially licensed buses from 13 manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz, MAN, IVECO BUS, Scania, and Volvo. More will be announced in due time.
In terms of variety, there will be classic rigid and articulated buses, double-deckers, and electric buses, on top of long-distance coach buses, which make an appearance in the series for the first time.
The location is fictional, the region of Felicia Bay, but it’s inspired by the coastal areas of Spain. You’ll be able to play in Story Mode, Career Mode, and Sandbox Mode, including both solo and multiplayer with 3 friends.
On top of the driving, the simulator includes management elements, timetable handling, hiring NPC drivers, and more.
