Saber Interactive and stillalive studios have released the first DLC for Bus Bound, the Let’s Ride! Bus Pack, alongside a new patch that includes several quality-of-life changes, improvements, and more.
To kick things off, the Let’s Ride! Bus Pack DLC introduces two new buses: the K9MD and K11M from Ride, which is the US spinoff of BYD. Players who bought the Deluxe Edition of Bus Bound will already have access to the DLC, as it’s part of the Bus Pass.
The Ride K9MD is a popular local transit choice and pops up in university and corporate areas often. It’s 40.9 feet long, 102 inches wide, and has a 43.6 feet turning radius. On the other hand, the Ride K11M is a popular choice for more dense areas, like urban transit systems. It’s 60.7 feet long and 102 inches wide.

The new patch for Bus Bound also has plenty in store for all players. To start with, there are quite a few new features. New company and personal statistics are available in the Stats screen, and several additional statistics are on the Progress screen.
Players will now be able to drive the same route back-to-back without having to head back to the office, and the last upgrade drive is now a celebratory drive with credits. Additionally, harsh braking has been rebalanced, making it more difficult, so players will need to brake more smoothly now to keep passengers happy.
A new radio was also added that used FMOD to play songs from a disc, and Welsh has been added as a supported VO language for PC players.
There are also several new settings that were introduced in this new patch, including one that toggles HUD mirrors, an option to disable the crosshair, a KMH speed option, and options to adjust the size of or completely hide any UI element.
That’s just the start of the content in the new Bus Bound patch. Steering wheel updates, visual improvements, audio changes, and plenty of bug fixes were also part of it. Players can check out the full changelog here.
Bus Bound is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
