EA has released the official reveal trailer for Battlefield 6, giving fans a look at some of the story elements coming, along with setting a date for the multiplayer reveal trailer.
The trailer for Battlefield 6 shows off more of the chaos that Pax Armata, the main antagonist group, sows as the fictional NATO starts falling. It starts with the in-game President of the United States sending troops off before panning to the action.
Some of the features that were teased include infantry combat, where players will get around the fighting in bunkers.
There’s also aerial combat, as featured in previous Battlefield titles. Players will experience dogfighting from the skies, also looking to use the environment to their advantage.
Much of the Battlefield 6 story trailer showcased destruction, whether that’s on the battlefield or in the environment around it. This is a key part of the game — players will need to incorporate destroying things around them to give them a strategic advantage against Pax Armata.
Of course, this is all shown with the impressive visuals that the Battlefield franchise is known for. Players can check out the Battlefield 6 story trailer below:
While this trailer is the official reveal trailer for Battlefield 6, it doesn’t touch on multiplayer at all. Considering that’s a big draw of the game, EA is having another Battlefield 6 premiere on July 31, which will reveal the multiplayer side of the FPS.
Battlefield 6 has no release date yet, but it is coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Fans can wishlist it now.
