Following the reveal a few weeks ago, the Mack Pinnacle has been made available as a DLC on Steam.

The release includes  3 cabin variants (Day Cab, 48-inch Flat Top Sleeper, and 70-inch StandUp Sleeper) 3 chassis and length options (6×2, 6×2 Liftable Pusher, and 6×4), 3 engine options between 415hp to 505hp, and several transmissions.

The package also comes with the Mack mDrive HD transmission, which includes crawler gears for improved traction with any load.

Cosmetic customization includes 4 cabin interiors, 2 grille variations (modern & classic), and new cabin accessories.

Perhaps the most exciting feature is that the DLC including the DLC is completely free, so all you need is the base simulator to enjoy the Pinnacle, which never hurts.

You can see the Pinnacle in action below.

Incidentally, the recently released update 1.51 also includes the Mack Anthem Black Edition. It’s worth mentioning that the same update has also been released for American Truck Simulator’s older brother Euro Truck Simulator 2.

American Truck Simulator is also currently available only for PC via Steam and you can enjoy a look at the upcoming Arkansas DLC. The developer is also working on another DLC centered on Missouri.

SCS Software will exhibit its simulators at IAA Transportation 2024 in Hannover in an interesting and inevitable collision between simulation and real-world business.
